That’s just a short message to remind you of who you are.
I know you’ll never be good enough for some people.
But some would kiss the ground you walk on.
I know life has been tough and you’ve been in places that no one should go.
But it’s your time to make a choice.
It’s your call to decide if you’re going to raise above your condition of being a victim of something or someone. To work towards understanding why same things are happening over and over again. To take that responsibility in your hands and to do something with your life.
Accept things as they are, understand why things happened the way they did, heal and move forward.
Even if you’ve been told you’re useless, crazy or at the only one to blame, don’t put all the blame on yourself. Or you may’ve been told that you’re not good enough. Deep down you know that is not true.
Taking responsibility over your life, empowers you to choose a different direction.
To choose what to do next or who you allow in your life.
Any of your actions have a result. Change your actions if you want things to happen differently.
You can’t do the same thing hoping for a different result.
Use your logic.
If what you’ve done so far didn’t work, what else could you try?
And you can’t live in fear because what happened in the past. That is not healthy.
You have a choice. Every second of your life is made of choices.
You only need to decide that it’s time for a change.
That the story of the helpless little boy or girl has to move to the next chapter. You are the writer of your own story. That little boy or girl has grown up. Into an adult that not only has to pay the bills but also can decide what to do next. Where to go or who to meet.
You are so free, so powerful. You have the power to create and recreate stories.
